Introducing Camera Composition

Moving on, Camera Compositions are also apart of the research I've been doing for the final product which will be my magazine. Here are a few camera composition's as well as my understanding of what they are used for.

Framing
Framing is used to block out certain unrelated parts of a scene or to emphasize the main object/character in a film. The elements in the scene are arranged a certain way to block out certain parts and focus in on the others.

Rule of Thirds
Rule of thirds is a technique used for cleaner compositions. It is made up of 3x3 squares and splits apart the image using 4 grid lines. This technique can also be used to center images cleaner.
Depth of field
Depth of fields is the distance between the closest and farthest objects in a photo that appears acceptably sharp. This is used to either focus in sharply on an object /scene or widen out the object/image.
Deep Focus
A deep focus shot is used to capture a partial part of the setting or enough of the scene to convey the setting. Deep focus ,focuses on a large are of the shot.
Shallow Focus
Shallow focus, focuses on a small portion of the shot, the main objective of this shot is to emphasize a particular detail of the scene/shot that may be important.
